- Main Activity:
- We are a middle sized company located in the Basque Country and specialized in the complete manufacturing of parts and sub-assemblies for sectors with high quality requirements as aerospace, electronics, data processing, optics, defense, electro-medicine, energy, etc. We machine parts in aluminium, special and stainless steel, copper etc. and regarding the formats we machine parts manufactured from casting, forging, plate, tube and extrusion. We work with qualified material suppliers located nearby.
We are specialized in medium and repetitive batches. We have machining centers and turning machines, this allows us manufacture a very wide range of precision parts.
Our core business is the precision machining, but we offer a complete solution that includes the development of the part together with the customer, the complete manufacturing and, thanks to our qualified sub suppliers, we offer heat and surface treatments. Finally internally we perform leak tests and we mount and test complete sub-assemblies. The whole production process is controlled, and the traceability is assured in all the process and for each one of the parts supplied.

1 Horizontal Lathe Doosan D/550x1050.
Fully equipped deburring and cleaning stations.
Leak test equipment.
Completely equipped auxiliary workshop for the manufacturing of all the tooling needed in our machines.

2. DEA IOTA 1203 with a sensor Renishaw PH9. Capacity: X= 950mm.Y=1350mm. Z= 650mm.
Height gauges, profilometers, roughness testers, fix and impact hardness testers, thickness testers, etc.
